Here at Bomb Ballz we stand behind each animal purchased from us. All animals are represented to the best of our knowledge and are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. All animals are guaranteed live arrival UNLESS we are given incomplete/incorrect shipping information OR if no one is present at the address given on the FIRST delivery attempt. We offer a 7 day health guarantee on all animals once they arrival at your residence. After the 7 days our health guarantee expires. We also, 100% guarantee genetics of all reptiles that are produced at our facility. Other reptiles which are acquired from someone else will be represented as they were represented to us.
Payment Options:
Full payment is required before any reptile is released. PayPal and Postal Money Order only form of payment excepted.
Shipping Information:
All reptiles are shipped next day air via FedEx Next Day Air or ReptileExpress via UPS Next Day Air unless otherwise requested. Shipping will be done when temperatures are between 40¢ªf and 85¢ªf. We ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure if packages are lost due to carrier error they will not carry over into the weekend. I am not liable for shipping delays by carrier.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans available on certain animals. Please inquire for more information. A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any animal.
DOAs:
DOAs must be reported to us IMMEDATELY after arrival. Pictures/Videos may be required for proof of DOA and for a credit minus shipping price.
